What Is ROA Associate Member?
Any individual who qualifies for Regular membership, is under 35 years of age, and has not previously been a member of the association, is eligible for Associate membership. Associate membership is free of charge and has a maximum term of five years, or until the member reaches the age of 35. Associate members have all the rights and privileges of Regular members except serving as an elected or appointed officer, voting at a national convention, and receiving printed publications. Cost $ Free

Who Is Eligible?
Any person who is a currently serving, retired, or former member of the federal uniformed services – Active or Reserve Components of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Space Force, USPHS, NOAA, or National Guard – who at any time upon entering the federal uniformed services took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, and, if no longer serving, whose separation occurred under honorable conditions.
Can I Join ROA If I Am Not A Veteran?
Yes, ROA welcomes individuals who are not veterans but have an interest in supporting the military. A spouse of a member is welcome to submit an application.
Annual Membership
join as a term member and get access to all basic membership benefits. Term membership offers the flexibility to pay as you go. Rates are per ROA’s fiscal year, which ends 31 March. Your first year of dues will be prorated so you pay only for the days remaining in the fiscal year. $20.00 Year
